Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We send tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

If you use the Mane Growth Elixir consistently for 90 days and you are not satisfied, contact us through the contact form and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
- You do not need to send the bottle back.
- The guarantee can be claimed once per customer.
The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the Mane Growth Elixir. The Scalp Stimulator has a 30-day replacement if it arrives damaged or stops working — reach us through the contact form with your order number.
Returns after the guarantee
Once your 90-day guarantee has been used or the 90 days have passed, any later order can still be returned if:
- the bottle is unopened, and
- you return it within 30 days of the order date.
A $7 return fee applies. It covers part of the return shipping. Opened bottles cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us through the contact form with your order number and we will make it right.
